Making Reservations at Campbell's Lodge

- Our Reservations Policy -

Since our availability information changes so rapidly, we do not provide that information on this site.  Instead, please call our Toll Free Reservations Number:  1-866-659-2862 for availability and to reserve your cabin or fill out our Cabin Availability Form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone with your credit card, we ask that you send in our Reservation Form.  To ensure our records are correct, please fill out the form completely and be sure to include the names of all persons staying in the cabin.  Sign and mail the completed form to.

Your non-refundable deposit may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or money order.  We will hold a cabin for 10 days from the date of our telephone conversation to allow time for your reservation form and monies to reach us.  If the deposit is not received within that time, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.  Please list the names of all persons staying in the cabin on the Reservation Form.

Additional Persons Charge:  Rates include the number of people as stated for each cabin. An additional person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number.  The Additional Person Charge is $35/night or $150/week.  Children age 5 and under are free.

Visitor Policy: Visitors must register at the office upon arrival.  We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors.

Pets Policy:  We do allow dogs in some cabins (if no pets are allowed it will say so on that particular cabin page).  A $150 fee is charged per dog per cabin week or $35 per dog per day for those cabins that do allow dogs.  No other pets are allowed.

Arrivals:  Upon check-in the balance of rental payment is due as well as any deposit for watercraft rental.  No refund will be given for early departures.  All rentals are subject to 6.5% Minnesota State Sales Tax.

Cancellations:  We understand that from time to time guests must cancel their vacation for various reasons.  We hope you will understand that your deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another week during the same calendar year.

Arrival & Departure Times

Check-In  4:00 p.m. or after

Check-Out 9:00 a.m. or before

Please observe these times to ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and preparation of cabins and grounds.

Early Arrivals/Late Departures:  Early arrivals and late departures will be subject to a 1/2 day rental fee.

• All cabins are equipped with charcoal grills, outdoor furniture or picnic tables.

• All cabins have microwaves, automatic coffeemakers and all appliances and housewares.

• All bed linens are provided, extras are available.

• Towels are NOT provided.

• Cribs & highchairs are available at no charge but are reserved on a first-asked, first-served basis

• A 6 1/2% Sales Tax will be applied to all rentals.  

• VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks and Money Orders Accepted  

• Damage deposit on boats/motors and pontoons is due upon check-in.

Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
